how to arrive to your lashes appointment.

Arriving with eyes free of makeup means less clean up and more time for lash application!  Please make sure to remove all eye makeup a minimum of 4 hours before your appointment with an oil-free makeup remover for optimal bonding.  Also make sure to avoid all heavy creams and/or oil based products or receiving tinting or chemical treatments to your lashes or other irritating eye treatments 48 hours before your appointment.

Please do not-

  • curl your lashes before your appointment

  • wear contact lenses to your appointment (please bring glasses with you instead)

  • if at all possible (do not) drink caffeine on the day of your appointment

during the first 24 hours.

Please allow 24 hours for the adhesive to fully cure (dry), to ensure longer lasting results.

For the first 24 hours you should avoid-

  • wetting your eyes and lashes

  • exposure to heat (steam, sauna)

  • friction

  • application of eye and eyelash cosmetics

  • all oil-based products

  • sleeping on your face/lashes

  • receiving chemical treatments (such as eyelash tinting or perming)

  • receiving irritating eye-area treatments (such as strong chemical peels, skin-resurfacing procedures, or laser treatments.)

after the first 24 hours.

Make sure to cleanse you lashes daily using an oil-free cleaser (please read step by step instructions under faq's).

Although the lash adhesive has cured by now, persistent exposure to moisture, steam, heat, incompatible cosmetics, and friction from rubbing or sleeping may impact the durability of the adhesive bond. Therefore excessive exposure to heat, steam, sauna, and friction should be avoided entirely.

For the best retention please avoid-

  • all products in your skincare and makeup routine that are waterproof and/or contain oil & glycol (double check your eye creams, cleansers, and serums)

  • mechanical lash curlers

  • waterproof mascara

  • touching and/or pulling your lashes and extensions

  • sleeping on your face/lashes

  • eye rubbing
